This goes along with the “Everyone’s a Doctor” post.
I’ve tried to live with the mantra, “Just because I feel like crap, doesn’t mean I have to look like crap while doing it.”
The prednisone has made this incredibly hard. It’s hard to feel good physically when your self-esteem has been totally crushed.
